The same Australian all-women team behind internationally renowned house Madi Lane Bridal, are leading the way with a new wildly spirited and intrinsic label, Evie Young Bridal.
Already the intimate style of Evie Young Bridal, at the hands of Creative Director Liz Young, is making waves within the industry for embracing earthen textures and hypnotic hues.
The alluring label releases its 2020 collection, 'Byron Fusion' this ... (date/month). The darkly opulent campaign shot in picturesque parts of Byron Bay embodies the very essence of Evie Young - understanding the concept that no bride is the same.
Creative Director Liz Young explains 'Byron Fusion' is a collection combining the freedom, contemporary synergy and femininity brides are looking for in a modern label.
“I have designed the Evie Young collection for the bride unbound by monotony,” Ms. Young said.
“It’s a symphony of simplicity, celebrating the beauty of polarity, displayed by a balance of bohemian spirit and alluring femininity.
“Designed for those brides who embody the ‘anti-bride’ muse; carefree, wildly hypnotic and strikingly romantic.
“I created the Evie Young collection, which in all honesty, was a natural delight to work on.
“I enjoyed creating gowns with earthen textural layers, muted tones and creative silhouettes. It really is a collection inspired by nature’s rich colour palettes.”
The 2020 collection is luxuriously unique to the global bridal industry fusing exceptional designs and innovative silhouettes. Byron Fusion grasps the freedom of soft fabrics and comfortable styles, allowing brides to remain carefree and spirited all night.
The rustically romantic backdrop where Evie Young Bridal was captured, creates a raw beauty which enhances the richness of the collection.
The earthen surrounds are reflected in the ebb and flow of the designs, offering brides new textures and beguiling tones seen in gowns ‘Sierra’ and ‘Luna’. While ‘Coco’ and ‘Dylan’ accentuates the feminine form without sacrificing class or flair.
All the designs are carefully composed, containing just enough bodice construction to highlight and support, where needed, without being excessive and restrictive.
The collection is made for brides who dance daringly through adventures, lean on the edge of temptation, stand proud and boldly while writing their own rules. Evie Young brides are a masterpiece of their own making but importantly carry their hearts on their sleeve wherever they go.
Each gown reflects the Australian lifestyle and woman who walks with a sparkle in her eye. Designs like ‘Chance’ which embody the bohemian spirit with a dashing off the shoulder bodice and whimsical bell sleeves. From concept to creation, Evie Young brides and retailers should expect the same high-level excellence experienced with Madi Lane Bridal. Designed in southeast Queensland’s Gold Coast, the team has more than 20 years’ experience in the bridal industry.
All the design, branding, marketing, socials, photography and all things creative are brainstormed and controlled in-house in the Evie Young design studio on the Gold Coast. This preserves the purity of the brand and the exclusivity of ideas.
Along the journey of developing the label, creative director Ms. Young made sure the same sustainable practices followed at Madi Lane Bridal continue at Evie Young. A strong focus has been placed on making a conscious effort to reduce waste throughout the design and manufacturing process. Where possible, fabric off-cuts are used to reduce landfill while natural hues are preferred over bright pops of colour, to reduce chemical waste.
