Our Aretha wedding dress is a bold, ornate Chantilly lace ballgown for our ultra-glam Evie brides. Modern in all the right ways with vintage-inspired corsetry on a traditional silhouette. Balancing all these details for total opulence and elegance.
The bodice features a strapless, straight neckline. Sheer, with layered embroidered lace and sequins for ethereal shimmer. Through the lace, the boning is made visible to give a modern feel to the Victorian-inspired corset bodice. Ending at a pointed Basque waist that structures the figure for a flattering, hourglass silhouette.
The full, A-line skirt features a rococo-inspired design for statement regal glamour. Created with embroidered and sequined sheetlace that continues the bold Chantilly theme. The lace is thoughtfully placed to elongate and frame the body. While a horsehair hem keeps the skirt looking voluminous and floating right through the grand train.
To the back of the gown, the back of the bodice comes to a flattering V-shape with secure zip closure. Buttons cover the zip and run down to the edge of the train for a classic finish.
This gown is also available in an unlined version, featuring organza fabrication, which keeps the look light and otherworldly. Also available in blush for a sweet, soft take on this glamorous design.
