Tell us your proposal story!
Shane and Taylor first met at work and became friends, spending several years getting to know each other before they could no longer deny the chemistry between them. What began as a friendship gradually blossomed into something more, and their love story unfolded from there. When it came time to propose, Shane chose a setting close to their hearts, popping the question on a boat with their two beloved dogs by their side, making the moment all the more special.
Which Evie Young gown did you fall in love with? & What was your experience like?
Hale!
I found my dress at Luv Bridal in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and I instantly fell in love with how unique it was. It had the perfect balance of classy and sexy, which made me feel beautiful and completely myself. The gorgeous floral details caught my eye, but it was the row of buttons cascading all the way down the back that truly made the gown feel so special. From the moment I put it on, I knew it was the one.
Where did you get married? Tell us about the location, and style of your wedding!
We got married in Spain, just outside of Barcelona, at La Baronia. It was a small castle covered in greenery.
What was your favourite moment from the big day?
Our wedding was so much fun! The entire dinner was filled with so much love and laughter and entertainment.
What advice would you share with future Evie brides?
If people have anything to say about your plans, they will get over it. It’s you and your fiances day! No one else’s.
